At Jackson Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the item in its original protective packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and tags to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
